Cleveland Main Street is guided by a team of passionate, hardworking committee chairs who bring the Four-Point Approach to life. Each chair leads a specific focus area, helping to shape the future of downtown through collaboration, creativity, and commitment.

Executive Leadership

• Executive Chair – Matty Bengloff, Owner of Delta Dairy
  Provides overall guidance, leadership, and vision for Cleveland Main Street. The Executive Chair works closely with the Director and committees to ensure progress and alignment with our mission.

• Executive Past Chair – Heather Robinson, Owner of Heidi's
  Offers support, continuity, and historical perspective, ensuring a smooth transition of leadership and sustained momentum from year to year.

Committee Chairs

• Design Chair – Claire Winn, Mississippi Heritage Trust
  Leads beautification projects, public space improvements, and helps preserve Cleveland’s historic charm.

• Promotion Chair – Amanda Robinson, Delta State University
  Drives downtown awareness through events, campaigns, and community storytelling.

• Economic Vitality Chair – Candace Dalton, Chamber of Commerce
  Supports local businesses, recruits new ventures, and helps strengthen the downtown economy.

• Organization Chair – Dr. Myrtis Tabb, Retiree
  Builds partnerships, engages volunteers, and ensures the program stays sustainable and community-driven.
