Cleveland Main Street is guided by a team of passionate, hardworking committee chairs who bring the Four-Point Approach to life. Each chair leads a specific focus area, helping to shape the future of downtown through collaboration, creativity, and commitment.

Executive Leadership

  • Executive Chair – Mallory Burchfield, Delta State University's Director of Foundation Relations
    Provides overall guidance, leadership, and vision for Cleveland Main Street. The Executive Chair works closely with the Director and committees to ensure progress and alignment with our mission.

Four Point Initiatives

  • Design– plan beautification projects, public space improvements, and helps preserve Cleveland’s historic charm.

  • Promotion – promote downtown awareness through events, campaigns, and community storytelling.

  • Economic Vitality – support local businesses, recruit new ventures, and help strengthen the downtown economy.

  • Organization – build partnerships, engage volunteers, and ensure the program stays sustainable and community-driven.
