Team Cleveland is run by a board of directors and consists of four committees that coincide with the four “points” of Main Street. Read on to find our more information about each committee:

• Economic Vitality
  This committee strives to build a diverse economic base, catalyze smart new investment, and cultivate strong new entrepreneurship. Economic vitality projects include developing business start-up guides and downtown real estate inventories for potential investors.
• Design
  The design committee focuses on aesthetic composition of downtown spaces by preserving and celebrating the historic character, creating an inviting atmosphere, and fostering accessible people-centered public spaces.
• Promotion
  Promotions committee requires at least twenty hours of volunteer time per year. This committee markets the district's unique historic character and ambience; communicates its distinct defining features; coordinates the sales, marketing, and event activities of downtown merchants; and supports a buy-local experience.
• Organization
  The organization committee builds leadership and strong organizational capacity through broad community engagement and partnerships across sectors. Members of the organization committee serve as volunteer coordinators and reach out to other community organizations to assist with downtown events and activities.
